Lady Tigers Narrative for those unfamiliar with fast pitch travel softball

Lady Tigers Fast Pitch Softball, Inc. – is an amateur travel softball team for young ladies.  The teams will be traveling to tournaments along the east coast from Mid June to Mid August.  They will be participating in tournaments in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Long Island and Westchester.   The coaching staff that will be instructing the young ladies from practice to off season fitness program through tournaments, which will consist of a staff of professional women and men.

We will provide services to young ladies who are athletically inclined and transitioning from high school to college.  A wide range of services will be provide and our objective is to provide gender equality through education management, athletic pursuits and scholarship support to young ladies who play softball in NY Tri-State Area.

We will help comprise these “Student Athletes” Academic and Extra Curricular Profiles, together with a presentation video of their positions to submit to the colleges of their choice.  We will have a third party agreement with a professional photographer to compile their skills video, which is critical in the recruitment process. The “Student Athletes” will be working with professional educators through a third party agreement as a consultant to Lady Tigers to help them maintain their grade point averages.

Each “Student Athletes” will be working hand and hand with a professional Ivan Candeleria who has a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training at Extreme Fitness in Edison, New Jersey.  They will receive strength and conditioning during the off-season to meet each individual athlete’s needs.   The goals for each “Student Athlete” are for them to become stronger, smarter, and more productive athletes. They will also be working with Lauren Dougherty our Nutritional Coach who will be working extensively counseling our “Student Athletes” in Edison, New Jersey.  She will be teaching them healthy eating habits, providing the tools needed for weight loss/gain and those with underlying issues, such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Crohn’s Disease, Bulimia, Anorexia, those with food allergies, and those with other special dietary needs.   They will also be working with Lindsey Rankin our Pitching Coach, with her extensive softball career with well-known fast pitch travel organizations such as the Maryland Express, Outlaws, and the Shamrocks, as well as he collegiate experience.
